3. Cashback Vouchers
3.1 Issuance: Virtual cashback vouchers are issued to members for qualifying purchases made in our online store.
3.2 Maturity: Vouchers have predetermined maturity dates and can be redeemed once matured.
3.3 Redemption: Vouchers can only be redeemed according to the terms specified at the time of issuance.

4. Membership Support Cashback (MSC) Program

4.1 MSC ensures that every participant in the community is blessed within 3 years of loyal participation.
4.2 The 90 days Membership Support Cashback (MSC) payment is not refundable.
4.3 The MSC payment supports loyal members to receive benefits based on the number of members in their 5-tier team.
4.4 Participants could earn back their 100% cashback worth N120,000.
4.5 Participants may also qualify for Community Business Support worth N10M for new or existing businesses.
4.6 Membership Support Cash worth up to N350M may be available to participants.

5. MSC Team Structure 
5.1 Benefits under the MSC program are based on the structure and size of the participant’s 5-tier team.
5.2 Proper adherence to the program guidelines is required to maximize earning potential.

6. MSC Non-Refundable Policy
6.1 MSC payments are strictly non-refundable.
6.2 This non-refundable policy is in place to ensure the stability and integrity of the support system for loyal members.

7. MSC Data Accuracy
7.1 All figures and projections provided in the program are based on accurate calculations and historical data.
7.2 Participants are encouraged to review the provided figures to understand the potential benefits of the program.

8. Twelve-Month Accumulated Cashback Voucher (TMACV)
8.1 Participants may purchase a monthly voucher worth N10,000 for a continuous period of 12 months (it is optional).
8.2 Each voucher purchase must be made within the same calendar month.
8.3 To be eligible for the N120,000 cashback, participants must complete the purchase of all 12 vouchers.
8.4 The cashback will be paid out 30 days after the purchase of the 12th voucher.

9. Long Term Cashback Voucher (LTCV)
9.1 The LTCV offers extended benefits and terms which may include longer periods and higher cashback values.

10. Short Term Cashback Voucher (STCV)
10.1 The STCV offers shorter periods with different benefits and cashback values.

11. Referral Program
11.1 Commissions: Members earn commissions for successful referrals.
11.2 Bonus: Members receive bonuses for maintaining active membership.
11.3 Fraud Prevention: Any fraudulent activities will result in forfeiture of commissions and bonuses, and may lead to account termination.

12. Rewards and Loyalty Program

12.2 Conditions: Rewards are subject to specific conditions outlined in the loyalty program details.

13. Refunds and Cancellations
13.1 No refunds will be provided for any vouchers purchased.
13.2 Cancellation of participation in the program will forfeit any eligibility for cashback.
